This view is one of my favorite views of the Sacré-Cœur in Paris.
Back in the days, when I lived in the city, walked on Boulevard des Italiens and wanted to surprise/impress a foreign visiting friend, I would simply say “oh, look this way” when reaching Rue Laffitte. It worked every time.
The building at the end of the street, “below” the Sacré-Cœur, is also a church. It’s Notre-Dame de Lorette, and while not famous nor touristy, it doesn’t look out of place there.
