I think the Fediverse is the only possible sane future for the social internet and its various media and networks.

You can find me on Mastodon talking primarily about Japan, climate, education, and more.
You may not have heard of Firefish. It’s a bit like Mastodon, but it has more features. And as it’s the Fediverse, you don’t even need to be on it to follow me from another Fediverse account.
PixelFed is similar to Instagram but better in many ways and… also on the Fediverse!
So, yes, you can follow many things on the Fediverse including… this site itself!!! (blog posts will appear as regular posts on your timeline, how awesome is that?)
