Satiated and Drowsy Babies

I went back near the swallow nest a couple of days ago.

The babies were satiated and drowsy. Well, they were not totally full just yet. While I was there, mom came a few times a fed them a little bit more. However, they were clearly slowly getting ready to sleep. It was late afternoon and the sun was going to set in about an hour or even less.

I’m not sure if I’ll see them again. Maybe yes, maybe not…
