Vers in the Lot

I won’t lie. I don’t really know much about the village of Vers in the Lot department, except that it’s an amazingly cute village in between Cahors and St-Cirq-Lapopie, near the Pech Merle prehistorical cave.

Just another example that shows you why I think this area is one of the most beautiful (if not the most beautiful) in France.

  1. Lots more charming villages if you continue on the D662 in the direction of Figeac…including the one I live in! Yes, the Lot is very beautiful. I love living here.

    1. Actually, I don’t know the valley as well upstream from St-Cirq-Lapopie (usually when I go eastwards from there, I go up the hill towards Villefranche-de-Rouergue), but yeah from the few times I’ve been (and from your blog), I concur, lots of the villages around there are simply gorgeous. 🙂
      You’re lucky to live there.
